I admit, I occasionally felt embarrassed in my 20's and 30's and occasionally in my 40's. More often, I embarrassed my children! It's actually a great feeling (filling) not to feel (fill) embarrassed. So my latest I don't feel embarrassed feeling has to do with Justin Bieber. I LOVE him and I'm not embarrassed to admit it. He's adorable and he can sing and he can dance. And I realized the other morning, that he can make me run that last mile of my run like the wind with a smile on my face.
